Anthony Sloan has over 25 years professional experience.

He has gained accolades in assisting  successful establishments in providing 2 Rosette standard  food from Yorkshire to the East Midlands and receiving high references from The Tasting Room, Darley’s and The Hemsley up to Head Chef Level.

He is ‘City & Guilds’ skills based qualified, a ‘Master Craftsman’ member of The Craft Guild of Chefs, a qualified Professional Trainer and educated to degree level in Food and Nutrition BA (Hons).
